e-BioScience Projects

The activities of the e-bioscience group are currently carried out through participation in various projects, which intersect and overlap at the e-bioinfra platform:

• COMMIT program, Project P24: e-Biobanking with imaging for healthcare. Our role in the project is to research and develop front-ends for biomedical research on distributed infrastructures, in particular medical imaging.
• SCI-BUS: SCIentific gateway Based User Support, supported by a Grant from the European Commission's FP7 INFRASTRUCTURES-2011-2, under grant agreement n°RI-283481
• ER-Flow: Building an European Research Community through Interoperable Workflows and Data, supported by a grant from the European Commission FP7 INFRASTRUCTURES-2012-1 call, under contract n°312579
